This is our twist on the classic western chef's knife. Utilizing its traditional European shape and its big belly edge geometry, our 8.2" Toscano Chef® is an indispensable all-purpose kitchen knife that is perfect for slicing, dicing, chopping, and rocking cuts. Featuring excellent geometry, full distal taper, and convex bevel for outstanding performance and food release, this knife shape is extremely versatile and works beautifully on fruits, vegetables, and proteins.

The AEB-L stainless steel blade is a workhorse in the kitchen and can stand up to the most demanding jobs. AEB-L has great edge retention, durability, and toughness, and since the grain structure of the steel is so small, it is also very easy to sharpen.
